 2004-2008 – Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering from the Hashemite University (good cumulative average).   2004 – Al-Ittihad school Amman-Jordan, high secondary School educational Certificate scientific stream Grade: 83.4%.

July 2012 till now: Working at NAFFCO (National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company) as Sales engineer-Saudi Arabia- Eastern Area. April 2011 till June 2012: Working at LG-Shaker company for air conditioning/Saudi Arabia as a Team leader of quality assurance and production quality control engineer (QA/QC). The main responsibilities: • Team leader of outgoing quality control section (OQC). • Taking sample units for Early Life Test (ELT) to test its performance and quality before sending to the customer field. • 3F (Feel, Fit and Finish) audit to review appearance and structure of each model and ask R&D department for development when needed. • Follow up field claims data to minimize customer defect rate. • Follow up parts and line defects to prevent it in OQC and customer field
