- accounts receivable from 2009-2011 (lagoon company for care and medical service) Key Responsibilities of the position – - maintain up-to-date billing system - generate and send out invoices - follow up on, collect and allocate payments - perform account reconciliations - monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities - maintain accounts receivable customer files and records - follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc - process credit card payments - prepare bank deposits - accounts payable from 2011-2013 (lagoon company for care and medical service) - Responsible to handle the Accounts-Payable activities which mainly includes; - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment - Coordinate payments to local vendors & employees.
