● Earth / IMSC Service Company. Position : Field Engineering Supervisor. ( Feb. 2012 – Now) Tasks : Reported to the Technical service manager of EARTH Company. Attended technical committee meeting on Saudi ARAMCO Manifa Island field project as IMSC/EARTH company Technical Representative. Act as a point of contact between the Company and the client (Saudi ARAMCO) in various offshore and onshore rigs for ILOOP operation during surface well testing, well stimulation, well clean up, DST and other field/rig operations. Supervision and controlling distributive control system (DCS) for chemical injections. Supervision and control of dynamic cyclonic solid particle removal equipment for junks and sand removal in Oil and gas zero flaring operations. Position : Field Service Engineer. ( Sep. 2012 – Feb. 2013) Tasks : Controlling the distributive control system (DCS) for chemical injections through a fully automated pump system, valve actuation system, hydrogen sulphide analyzers and monitoring real-time well data via a human machine interface. Sampling/testing crude oil for quality assurance and developing trend models suitable for PVT analysis and determination of reservoir parameters. Preparation of standard operation procedure for ILOOP operation for the treatment of heavy crude oils such as hydrogen sulphide gas removal, viscosity reduction and emulsion breakings using various chemicals during heavy oil well testing. ● Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company ( SUMED ). ( Aug. 2011 – Aug. 2012) Postion : Trainee Dispatching Engineer. Tasks : I was responsible for dispatching crude oil from Suez terminal to Alexandria terminal through a pipeline system passed by Dahshour, calculating the contamination area between every different types of oil, develop the dispatching technology to decrease the contamination area as much as we can, controlling the valves system either be in Suez or Alexandria terminals. ●
